Our Story
At Alexander's, we are chocolatiers and chocolate makers inspired to create something beautiful and delicious that naturally comes from the earth.... Cacao is that inspiration for us. It challenges us to levels of excellence in everything we do. Why? Well, we think differently. We are what we repeatedly do. Our inspiration and philosophy flows from the Greek concept of, "Aristoi", meaning: "The Best." Actions are not an act, but a habit... the result of high intention, sincere effort, elevated levels of professional chocolate arts training and intelligent execution.

We derive our cacao from the highest quality sources available and our bonbons and pastries are hand made from the finest ingredients worldwide.

Our fine chocolates are unrivaled in flavor. We are questioned by industry professionals, "How do you have the best tasting chocolate bonbons found anywhere?" Shhhhhh! If we told everybody then it wouldn't be our secret!

Sommelier, Steve Machajewski, is five times recognized for his wine knowledge from the Wine & Spirit Educational Trust (WSET Levels I, II, and III; the Court of Master Sommeliers, and the Wine Scholar Guild as a French Wine Scholar. He has taught over one hundred classes in the wines of every country in the world (save two... Turkey and Georgia), and currently has open enrollment for his ten courses in the Italian Immersion Series covering all of Northern Italy. Both Steve and Alex are also Certified Master Chocolatiers having trained under the multiple renowned French MOF Chocoaltiers such as Jerome Landreau, Matthew Barriqualt, Florant Chevreau, and other world class Chocolatiers as Melissa Coppel of Las Vegas fame, Terry Rose of Guittard, and Christopher from Callebaut.
