Chocolate & Wine Pairing Pop-Ups
Master Chocolatier and Professional Sommelier Steve Machajewski is available if you would like to offer your Wine Tasting Room, Wine Club, Guests, or Private Get-Together Invitees a unique and fun experience. He will walk you through the steps of Wine and Chocolate pairing, how to pair, and explain what to think about when putting the two together. This can be a class event or an all-day pairing walk-around with a pop-up shop where chocolates are available for purchase.

My brother, his wife, my sister and I visited Alexander's last November after touring Pendleton's 'underground' (which is worthwhile). Definitely the best sipping hot chocolate we've ever had; plus, the bonbons and caramels are out of this world! Coming from NY City, we've had lots of good chocolate, e.g. La Maison du Chocolat, and we'd rate this as good if not better!

Everything from the chocolate, food, wine, espresso, cleanliness, customer service and knowlege of the employees has always been a ☆☆☆☆☆ rating for us. The price on things are completely reasonable especially when considering that the quality of everything is only of the highest. Not to mention the amount of love and care thoughtfully put forth into each and every item individually. It truly is unmatched. We enjoy coming here and its something everyone should experience. I def recommend .
